Keeping your information safe is very important to us. We use the highest levels of encryption to protect your personal information. If you choose to sign up, we will store your personal information to make your future shopping experiences easier. We will not share or sell this information with any other company or entity. We do not store your credit card information as an added security measure.

KW accepts PayPal payments and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Credit card orders are processed through Shopify Payment or PayPal, both an industry-leading payment processing company.

Availability and Backorders
In order to continue providing you with unique and innovative designs, many items in the KW collections are limited in quantity. If we do not have an item in stock please contact us and we will let you know the status of future inventory.

We ship USPS or DHL. For international orders we will ship by USPS unless otherwise specified.

We will try our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

Jewelry Sizing
All our bracelets are listed by their circumference which includes the approximate one inch opening. We recommend you take a strip of paper, wrap it around your wrist, and then measure the length of the strip. This is the circumference of your wrist. Purchase a bracelet either just at, or larger than your wrist. Unfortunately, we are unable to custom size cuff bracelets. Since all of our pieces are handmade, their exact dimensions may vary.

Returns & Exchanges
We will accept all returns and exchanges within 14 days after shipment subject to the conditions below. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be boxed to avoid damage and accompanied by the original packing slip. Before returning, please contact us and request a return authorization number. At the same time, we will provide you with the return shipping address. We do not accept packages without return authorization. You may want to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

We stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all of our products. If your product is in need of repair within 6 months based on normal usage, please contact us so we can provide you with a repair authorization number and the return shipping address. Keep in mind that charges may apply. You will be notified of these charges after the product is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns via insured Parcel Post.
